Currently, Holy Guardian Angels is holding fundraisers to raise money to paint the inside of the church.  This fundraising effort is being led by Nedra Cassard.  
In January 2020, Ms. Cassard stood before all masses held at HGA, and pled to the parishoners a goal of raising $ 25,000.00 to paint the inside of the church.  
It was suggested that a second collection would be held on the 1st of each month. 
Along with the second collection other fundraisers would be held, i.e. Yard sales, bunko, cake sales, etc.

Beginning November 15, 2020 HGA Painting Fund, will be raffling off a chance to win a gumbo wreath. This wreath was made and donated by Lita & Don Ducote.  The raffle will be $2.00 per line, and the drawing will be held on December 27,2020.
